Information provided for customers purchasing Reyield Global Screen from a business operator based in Japan.
- Business operator
- Shown, a sole proprietor trading as ReFlow (Japan)
- Service
- Reyield Global Screen, a subscription-based information and property-data screening service. It is not a real estate brokerage, agency, or transaction service.
- Price
- US$19.00 per month. Any taxes or card-issuer charges that apply are shown or charged separately as required.
- Payment
- Payment by credit or debit card through Stripe. The first charge is collected when the subscription starts, followed by a recurring charge on the monthly billing date until cancellation.
- Service start
- After purchase, delivery begins with the next scheduled screening cycle.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal link included in the welcome email. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the already-paid billing period unless Stripe indicates otherwise.
- Refunds
- Charges already incurred are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect or exceptional circumstances apply, contact the support address above for review.
